We are ERNUBA PTY LTD (“Edzapps”, “we”, “We”, “us” “Us”), a developer and publisher of games, websites and mobile applications that are made available via app stores including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These Terms & Conditions applies to personal information that we collect through our app MyRecipes (“Application”), and websites we control, including https://edzapps.com/ (“Website”) (together “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and consent to our processing of information as specified therein.
Our Services are made available for your use on your acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. By using our Services, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. You agree that you will use our Services in accordance with all applicable local, state, national and international laws, rules and regulations.

The Application itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to us.
We are committed to ensuring that the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the Application or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for our Services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The Application is a app designed to allow the user to store recipes. All data related to the Application is stored on the users device and is not stored anywhere else such as a server etc. We do not have any access to the information you store, it is your responsibility to keep the information safe and protected.
It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the Application secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that our Services won’t work properly or at all.

Any disputes concerning our Services are to be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction in NSW.
